John Causebrook



Short career outline
John Causebrook began his career as a theatre manager in 1974 and since then has managed almost every major and West End theatre in London, through Stoll Moss Theatres and later Delfont Mackintosh Theatres Ltd. He studied in New Zealand and at City University in London; and is a Council member for the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts. He was the Company Secretary for the International Rescue Committee (UK) and is a long-standing member of ISPA, the International Society for Performing Arts. As a theatre consultant, he has worked on (amongst others) the Malta Opera House and Arts Centre, the Athens Concert Hall and the new theatre in Milton Keynes, UK. He is a Fellow of the RSA and is currently Treasurer of Arts Interlink.
