The Royal Academy of Dance is the largest examining and teacher education for classical ballet in the world. With over 17,000 members, its influence has spread to over 84 countries and it has a network of international offices and representatives. There are currently 1,200 students in full-time or part-time teacher training with the Academy. Each year, the Academy Examination Syllabus is taught to more than 250,000 students.
